CLOCK REPAIRS
The mechanical
movements of clocks do require regular maintenance such
as cleaning, oiling and adjustments. With proper
maintenance your mechanical clock movement will give you
and your heirs more than a lifetime of good timekeeping.
Your movement is a mechanical one if it winds up with a
key or by pulling chains. If it is battery
operated it is not a mechanical movement.
We invite you, if you
are in the Phoenix, AZ metro or surrounding area, to let
us provide the proper maintenance on your mechanical
clock movements.
When it comes to
CLOCK REPAIRS
we are often able to make repairs to your clock right here in
our shop. We also make house or office calls.
If your movement is
not working and is not repairable we do have some
replacement movements available through our vendors or
perhaps we can track down a supplier for a replacement
movement for you.
We also have a
selection of Quartz (battery operated) movements which
can be substituted in place of a mechanical movement.
Many quartz replacement movements today can feature your
choice of chiming rhythms at a lesser expense than
putting in another mechanical movement. This
option could be for you if you are not concerned with
keeping a clock for heirloom purposes but wish to
continue using an old clock that you have.
